I educate my client’s on basic nutrition principles, the importance of the circadian rhythm, understanding cortisol, insulin, and the four phases of their menstrual cycle and/or the shift into menopause. We implement healthy eating routines, movement, emotional management, and reducing toxin exposure to achieve transformations like the ones below.

Esthetician and Entrepreneur. This 22 year old female in Savannah, GA had been working with a naturopath for five months, but was not making any progress because she couldn’t figure out how to implement the naturopath’s recommendations.

Through our work together, we uncovered that she was afraid of and unable to communicate effectively with her live-in boyfriend. The stress disturbed her sleep, left her feeling nauseated in the morning and unable to eat. She was waking up late, rushing to work, not eating enough, and unable to focus enough to grow her clientele and feel confident in supporting herself.

We gradually tackled each aspect of the situation with coping skills, improving sleep hygiene, nutritional guidance, and small steps towards eating more and earlier in the day. She gained the confidence to have difficult conversations with the boyfriend, originally working towards keeping the relationship. By the end of our 6 months together, she had decided to kick him out of her apartment, was sleeping well, waking up energized, and eating enough food to nourish her body and start putting on muscle mass. We ended with her feeling confident and excited about her future while also waking around 5am without needing an alarm. Taking time to care for her animals and start her day peaceful and grounded.

This 60 year old female executive and I started working together to help her lose weight. Truly nourishing ourselves is almost always rooted in deeper issues related to our boundaries and misalignment with our values. As nutritional guidance and exercise routines were implemented, we worked on managing her mind, her communication, and her schedule. She developed a deeper relationship with God, reconnected with her husband, and shifted her work obligations to be winding down as she approaches retirement.

As she made nutritional changes for herself, being the primary chef at home, she noticed that her husband also started losing weight as he ate more and more of her clean cooking. He had more energy and was following through on the “honey-do lists,” which made my client very happy and rekindled affection and connection within their relationship, a totally unexpected bonus for both of us!

Anxious, Depressed, and Malnourished SCAD student transforms into an Optimistic, Radiantly Healthy, and Confident Woman

This 20 year old SCAD student was at rock-bottom, terrified, ill, unable to eat, and waiting for her parents to take her and her car back to the family home in Connecticut. As is typical of much of Gen Z, this sensitive woman’s parents had done so much for her that she didn’t develop the skills and confidence to do simple life tasks, like making phone calls for doctor’s appointments, going to unfamiliar places on her own, and didn’t feel equipped to handle adult life.

Using various emotional reprogramming techniques, committing to small stretch goals, she gradually built the confidence to find a primary care doctor, a therapist, and a chiropractor and make appointments and follow through on seeing each of them. She took a trip by train from Connecticut to New York City to attend a large beauty conference on her own, something she would never have done when we started our work. Over the course of our work, she decided to quit SCAD and her part-time job at a hardware store to work closer the beauty and wellness world. She was quickly hired part-time at her local Whole Foods and rapidly transitioned to full time employment in the beauty department and was promoted several times, within only four months time!

Nutritional and lifestyle education was provided and we implemented plans to gradually eat more protein and vegetables and create healthy sleep and low-to hygiene routines. She even went from consuming marijuana several times a day and alcohol a few times a week to being completely sober for over a year at our last conversation.
